Rooms are small, and no view from the rooms. The reception staffs are rude and not co-operating. Although the Hotel claims having parking, but the parking space is so limited that, it remains always full. Breakfast is tasty. Kitchen and restaurant staffs are good and hospitable. Room service is slow.

As the food is the only concern for our parents whenever we're outside of home, however your team proved that we can still get good home like food even at outside home in the places like Hotel Himgiri!! A perfect stay which was affordable. The food was good and the service was great! Rooms were also very neat and clean. The staff was polite. It is 300 mtrs from mall road, not exactly on mall road.Overall a great experience, I would recommend this because it was affordable yet good.

Service: Pathetic.Wifi: Doesn't work.Rooms: Good but found pubic hair.Hot water: Very good.1) The guy at the counter is really arrogant. We asked what the last time to order food in the room was, he said 10.30. when we called at 10.10 to order, he scolded us for calling this late, and told us the food we wanted was unavailable. We understand there might have been miscommunication from their side when they said 10.30, but the whole thing could have been dealt with more pleasantly by the receptionist.2) He called this morning to urge us to leave sooner than our checkout because the next guests were already here. Had they been here yesterday, would he have called us to leave in the night? Hotel usually make arrangements in empty rooms for guests that come early.

Overall the stay was nice but there were a few hiccups.Hotel is located close to mall road. There is parking available at the hotel. Breakfast and Dinner buffet was included with the room and the food was nice. There wasn’t much variety but still tasted very good and staff at the restaurant was very kind and helpful.Room was a bit dusty. No lift at the hotel. The commode in the washroom was wobbly. Hairdryer was available.Needed to pay extra for room heater.When we checked out we wanted to pay the bill using card. They said it will cost me 2% extra. This is what left me most annoyed. What logic is that? In all the times I have used my card i have never heard this. Usually this extra charge is borne by the vendor/ business. This was totally ridiculous. UPI payment was also not available and the reason given was that the owner or manager not being at the hotel.Ended up feeling dissatisfied with the stay.

We stayed 3 nights herehotel was very clean and tidyThe staff is very polite and very helpfulThe restaurant manager is a very nice person, he is always ready to serve you 😊Don't worry about hot water. Hot water is available here 24 hoursIf you like spicy food 😋, you will have to be a little disappointed here ... because you will not get much spicy food here,Everything else is great, you can stay here without any hesitation.Thank you to all Hotel Himgiri staff 🙏😊

Nice hotel in manali. Near 10 min walking distance from mall road. Service is fast & nice. Room design is best. Also a chair. Very neat with clean room & hotel area. Price is good.
